ABOUT ME
Hello and welcome! I am passionate about helping children improve their speech intelligibility and develop confidence in their communication. My goal is to empower children to become active, excited participants in their own progress and to work closely with families so that improvement continues beyond each speech session. I believe speech therapy is most effective when built on a foundation of strong relationships and genuine motivation; therefore, my therapeutic approach taps into each child’s specific needs and interests, ensuring that therapy is both evidence-based and engaging. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and expertise with you!
EXPERIENCE
Currently serving as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the NJ public school system, I have eight years of experience working with a diverse population of children ages 3 to 18 and possess an intimate understanding of the school-based speech therapy model. While my background covers a wide range of communication needs, my true clinical passion lies in articulation and phonological disorders. I have had the privilege of supporting hundreds of children to communicate clearly, and I am excited to expand my services to families in my local community!
I am an ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP); I actively participate in continuing education to remain current on evidence-based practices in pediatric speech-language intervention.
